I am having trouble accessing my account online for the first time.

Please be sure when logging on to the Customer Support on our web site that you have selected the option to log in as a "new user". You will need your DISH Network account number, home phone number and zip code available to sign up. Click here for help finding your account number. When entering your account number, do not enter any spaces or dashes. Once you click submit please allow the system sufficient time (up a minute) for the system to look up your account.

You can also sign up with the receiver CA ID number and smart card ID number from the information screen on your receiver's menu screen. You can access this screen by pressing menu and then the numbers 6-1-1. Click here for a picture of what the screen looks like.

When entering these numbers, be sure that you are including the 'R' and 'S' at the beginning of the numbers. Also, please be sure to use zeros instead of the letter 'o' in this section (Example: R00… and S00…). Please only use the first 11 characters before the dash to properly enter the receiver and smart card numbers to access your account online. Once you click submit please allow the system sufficient time (up a minute) for it to look up your account.
