What are the methods for paying my bill by check?

One-time Check Payments:
You can make secure online payments using our Customer Support Center. There is no fee for this payment option. You will need the routing number, checking account number and check number. If your account has been disconnected, the $25 restart fee will automatically be added to the amount paid. Payments will post to your account within 24 hours.

You can make a check-by-phone payment through our Automated Phone System at 1-800-333-3474. There is also a $9.99 fee for this payment option.

The payment for both options above will be withdrawn from your checking account within 3 business days. If needed, your services will be restored within one hour.

Please note that if there has been a Non-Sufficent Funds within the past 6 months, you will not be able to use either of these payment options.
