TiVo system features

The basic functions of TiVo is to record your favourite TV shows automatically for up to 300 hours. The system also implements a patented feature (which is also a basic functions for DVR nowadays) TiVo calls "trick play," which allows the viewer to pause live television, and rewind and replay up to a half hour of recently viewed television.
